Today's social scientists are expected to be capable of cooperating with a broad scientific community.

The project "Introduction to Systems Theory and Analysis for the Social Sciences" puts students in touch with the reality confronting scientists in their daily work, and presents the underlying concepts and methods of system sciences.

Participants learn about the relationship between basic and applied research and are introduced to interdisciplinary learning. This opens up new perspectives on their discipline.

The multilingual course consists of two modules a basic module which is the same for all the students, and a seminar module addressing a specific subject.
