Workshop 1: The ARIADNE Environment

Ariadne is a joint research project of six academic european contractors and 18 associate contractors.

It provides a complete set of authoring and management tools which are built around a powerful knowledge pool system.

Any not-for-profit education or training institution can become a member of the ARIADNE Users group and have free access to any or all of the system components (see: http://ariadne.unil.ch/aug/).
In 2000, ARIADNE will become a European, not-for-profit organization, supporting the maintenance and continued development of the core system and the Knowledge Pool.
